    Post marathon experience #2...I feel so guilty for not raking up the miles again but also know that I got injured that way so I am reverse tapering if that makes sense!

    Ha! I was only aiming for 80 this month, as I thought that by incorporating a new lifting workout I wouldn't have time do do the full 100 miles. I seem to actually be running better and faster now, by mixing things up. A little victory!

    YOU did a MARATHON!! that is fantastic!!! I am doing the same thing, but with half's (rest days) but it is not even near the effort of a half!! CONGRATS Again!!!!

    Dammit, I think Sandy might keep me from reaching my goal. Blah. I should have run yesterday. I'm hoping I can get out for a nice 6.3 on Wednesday!
