Eat like a king, queen and prince...

Hi everyone

I just wanted to see what everyone's eating habits are in terms of portion sizes and what's eaten at what time.

I currently only have an apple for breakfast (as i'm never that hungry), then soup and a few nuts or veg for lunch, then a main meal in the evening. But i wonder if this is the best way to use my calories.

I once heard that you should eat like a king fro breakfast, a queen for lunch and prince for dinner (so lots at the start of the day, with meals getting smaller towards the end)

Does anyone have any advice?
