Day 28/29

Anyone out there still sticking through?

I had to skip yesterday - but did the workout twice today - Level 3 as usual and then took Level 2 to compensate for skipping yesterday! :) You know - level 2 does not seem so difficult any more! :D

As to finishing - I will count still tomorrow as my last day - as I have done the workout 29 times so far! :) Anyone else finishing tomorrow?

P.S. For the next Jillian workouts - will not do them every day anymore as I really feel tired with all the running I do! :) Wanted to finish this and then reduce the workout amount a bit! :)

  • I'm really tempted to have tomorrow be my last day even though my plan was to do 15 days on each level. I hope I can make myself stick with it, then I'll take a couple "rest" days (I'm still doing C25K and on my off days from that I try and get some activity in) and then Nov. 1 I will either start BeFit in 90 or one of the Biggest Loser workout DVDs.

    im 4 days behind you guys because ...ive missed 4 days throughout the month. lol but i think i might do it twice tonight like you did so ill be on day 28. sounds like a good idea. but i agree im ready to start a new video ive also started doing her yoga meltdown and i like it a lot :) good work ladies

    I am a few days behind too...and with this stupid cold I have I missed yesterday and will miss today as well. If I get back to business tomorrow I will on Day 24. I think I am just going to keep doing Level 3 through the end of the month as soon as I am feeling better.

    I think I will go back to Level 1 after this and just alternate between the three depending on my other work outs, using 30DS as my strength routine. Unfortunately I haven't lost any weight and barely any inches either =(

    after i finished and during level 1 i feel like i felt a lot better and i could def. see results and tell my tummy area was getting slimmer.
    i havent been seeing any progress with level 2 and 3. i mean i feel stronger but not "shredded"

    i redid level 1 last night as well as level 3 and i really like level one and not because its beginner or easy i really feel like it works every section out the best. but maybe thats just me.
