Looking for friends and motivation

Hi guys,

I started to really work out after not doing it for a while. I admit that I lost motivation since June but now I'm just really working hard. I just need a little push. I miss being in my "old" body. I was thirty pounds less before navy life and even though people say that I look better with the weight gain, I just don't feel it. So if anybody needs a new fitness buddy add me!

  • Hey Denesha. I understand your struggles. Going through the same thing but trying to drop weight to join the military. Gotta lose about thirty pounds myself. So I'll add you and we can keep each other motivated. Good luck and don't be afraid to reach out for help and support. Me and my friend are doing insanity program now. Maybe u can try with us?

    Good for you guys. I was in the military and gained tons of weight after getting out. Insanity will help, but make sure to get in push ups, sit ups and running. That way you are prepared for the PT tests.
