Hi I'm new. Not sure how this works

I like the idea of 30 day goals. It takes that long to get a new habit established. I'm for taking baby steps and permanent changes. I hope that writing them down and seeing what other people aim for will help me stay focused.
So my goals for this period...10/22 - 11/20:
Lose 2 pounds on the scale.
Pants feel looser.
Eat green veggies every day.
Avoid wheat, especially bread.
Exericise (swim, walk, or bike) 20 min. 4 times a week.
