Anyone interested in a challenge?

I want to push myself to lose 50 pounds by New Year's and thought some of you might want to set a goal for yourself as well.

I was thinking we could start on November 1st and check in weekly through December 31st. Your goal doesn't have to be weight loss. It could be exercise time, etc.

Any takers?

    I think I'm going to create a new group for this challenge. I know a couple people who are not members of the 300+ group, but are interested in a challenge to get them through the holidays.

    Would you all be okay with that?

    You would just issue a challenge to yourself and check in weekly.

    For example, mine is going to be weight loss. So I would weigh in weekly.

    If your challenge is exercise minutes, you check in with how many minutes you worked out.

    It gives you the freedom to personalize your goals, while still having accountability.

    I love it - count me in! My goal will be weight loss, as well. I would like to lose 20 pounds by 1/1/13, bringing my weight from 310 (this morning) to 290 (yay, in the 200s!).
