Okay...so I am very confused of how the workouts are to be done. I'm just starting out in Stage 1 and I don't know if I'm supposed to do Workout A or Workout B or both? :sad: Under each exercise I think the workout 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. represents the weeks. I really feel stupid, I have re-read the explanations too many times and I still don't understand :angry: Can anyone please help?

    you do workout A one day then B the next, and alternate through them for the required amount of days.

    on the sheet, one sheet is for one workout.. so the first block is for the first exercise in that workout.. that has 4 lines to it, so it would be good for four days of that workout. and so on..

    So your sheet would have 5 of those "blocks" filled in for workout A and another sheet for workout B..
    you will need two sheets for each workout since they are 8 workouts each..
