    The concept of whooshing...I'm so curious. That happens to me too. I literally show no progress for all my hard work all month (this morning my weight was higher than at the beginning of the month) and then one day it will drop and my "total weight lost from start weight" will creep downwards. Then, I gain again for another month. It's like for every 1/2 lbs I "lose" I have to endure 3+ weeks of thinking I'm gaining or failing. I hate it. I wish I knew how to combat it.
