For the next 5 weeks I propose...

Hey all-
I would like to propose another challenge. It involves the 5 elements ( I know there are more, but for this example I am going to use these 5) of wellness. Social, Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual.
Week 1 Social:

Be more social.

In whatever aspect of your life you are in---family, college, single, divorced. BE MORE SOCIAL! Get out and visit someone (maybe she is elderly). Be a better mom, and "talk" to your kids (I recommend laying with each one for at least 5 min at bedtime. You would not believe how much they can open up to you. Night time is a time where kids really like to talk, and they will!) Be a better neighbor, sister, daughter, wife. Work on connecting with people instead of just letting valuable relationships pass you by.
If properly incorporated, the 5 (sometimes 7) elements of wellness WILL HAVE A POSITIVE effect on your weight loss! Good luck,
