Working out

So I know working out is not recommended on this program but I was curious if anyone has started working out? And if it has stalled your weight loss?

    You can workout, but they really want you to lift weights and not do any aerobic exercise. If you do, they recommend having a protein bar before working out. If you do aerobic like I've done, you do get hungrier so you have to eat more protein. I stopped doing IP for a month and maintained by working out. I am getting back on next Monday but went to a different coach so I wouldn't get fussed at for working out. I lost 30 pounds and have felt great and kept it off. My cruise is in 6 weeks so I'm ready to get serious again. Good luck!
  • My program seems to be run very differently then everyone else. With my program I have to go to the gym three times a week. Twice for 30-45 minutes cardio and once a week for a 45 minute toning class designed for the people on program. this is with three IP products a day.

  • That's really curious TBird as IP protocol advises against vigorous exercise (cardio and weights). Walking and light yoga, they are okay with. But anything else is not advised by the IP gurus. I'm training to be an IP coach, so this is right out of the manual.
