Hello,
I am new here. I grew up in Ga and now live in NC. I have daughter that is my whole world and a career that keeps me busy. Now I have to find time to take care of me. I grew up loving southern cooking and from traveling I fell in love with food from all over the world ( not always healthy). So I pretty much have to relearn every thing I know about food and how to eat it. I am hoping this site helps. Best of luck to every one.
