October Week 3 Winners

Hello All,
Another week is gone, the weather is cooling off (actually snow on the ground), and believe it or not Christmas decorations in the store. How time flies..... There were 149 participants on the spread sheet last week and of those there were 51 people who lost (total of 102.5lbs), 19 people that stayed the same, 50 people that did not record (some of you, this is the second week and you will be removed if you don't contact me), and 29 people that gained (total of 42.4lbs). Congratulations to everybody.

  • Yay again - but confession - The weight actually hasnt changed much, but I lost in week one (following a small bloat), had a mental weekend before weight 2 and put it all back on, then lost it again the week after. Its amazing coming to terms with what a bloat can do!! Damn you, pizza and beer, damn you.

    Congratulations everyone, great job. I stayed the same this week (currently resting an injury so no/limited exercise) but hope to shift the 0.6 lbs to reach 9stone goal (126lbs). If I can get below & be 8st something, that would be even better!
