AMRAP?

When I do the amraps at the end of stage 1, do I do workout A and B on the same day? I wasnt sure if I should split it into 2 workouts or complete it during 1 workout?

    I skipped them, but I think it's supposed to be two different workouts.

    Yep, two different workouts. I was psyched for them at first, but when the time finally came, I was anxious to move on. Plus my beginning weights for some of the exercises were SO low, I could have done a zillion reps. I KNOW I'm stronger. I KNOW can lift more. So I skipped them.
  • I can't wait to do the AMRAPs! I really want to see how far I have progressed. I am so excited to move onto stage 2, I was starting to get bored with stage 1. I can't wait to post my stats so keep an eye out for my next post! YIPPY SKIPPY!
