Motivation!

I love bootcamp style workout programs... HOWEVER, I injured my back this past summer during some suicide runs and haven't been the same since. I'm trying to get back to it, but my back has only been occasionally cooperating. Starting to lose some of my motivation for fitness, and don't want to go on a downward spiral. A year after giving birth to my 2nd child, I was still 20lbs higher than my pre-preggo weight. I'm now only 7lbs higher. It's progress, but I need motivation to keep on keeping on.... What are some of the things that keep you all going? What's motivating for staying on track to you? I love looking at pictures of fit ladies with inspirational quotes. Any other ideas?
