Hi Ladies!
So am I the only one that is really annoyed by carrying around my phone, bottle of water, towel, a pen and a piece of paper when I'm at the gym? I hope not. I've created a spreadsheet in Google Drive so that I can cut down on the number of things I carry around. If you would like a copy, please send me a message with your email (I am not sure but I believe you have to have a gmail account to access the Google spreadsheets) and I will email it to you. I have submitted it as a template to Google Drive, but I haven't seen it in there yet.
I should note - because I am on stage 1, it is a template of stage 1 workout A and B. There are two pages, one for each workout. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. I'm off to my workout so I will start emailing when I get back.
