30 Day Challenge
So, what do y'all think of doing like a little 30 Day Challenge?
Basically you don't weigh yourself for 30 days or a month and then on the last day you weigh yourself.
I am thinking about doing this and the person who has lost the most weight and the most inches could win a prize! (not a very expense one! But something to help with the weight loss or Motivation)
What does everyone think about it?
