supplements?!

Thoughts on supplements? I am currently just taking OneADay Women's Multi and Optimum Nutrition for extra protein. Should I take other supplements or is what I am taking enough?

    From what I've read, a multivitamin and fish oil are really the only two supplements worth taking (and a protein powder is fine if you're struggling meeting your requirement with whole foods).

    Every book I read recommends fish oil. I just recently started taking it. I bought odorless ones from trader joes and they dont have an after taste.
