Here are my stats. Can someone PLEASE run these for me to make sure I'm hitting the right cals? :). Thank you SO much in advance!

Height....5'8.5
Weight...166

Waist 29
Neck 13
Hips 41.5

Body Fat on scale says 28.4%. My trainer's BF says 28 as well.

I'm staying at exactly 166.... No fluctuating. Eating 1800 cals daily. Clean eating and no wheat. :)

I lost 6 immediately but I believe it was the wheat and clean eating. I'm plateaued again!! Help! :))

    Based on the calculator on Fat 2 Fit it says

    sedentary 1850
    lightly active 2120
    moderate 2390

    These numbers are to maintain. Cut 15% off to loose. Depending on your activity you may want to eat a little bit more. Add 100 to your day for a week and see how it goes.

    Thanks! I forgot that! I circut train w my trainer 2x/wk for an hour. Run intervals, 30 min. 1-2 wk and take barre class 1-2 wk. On avg......some more or less.

    I have a fit bit.. you're better off getting an HRM for what you want to track.
