I've upped my calories to 1600 with a little exercise and have still been losing weight and don't have to be hungry!0

Newly on the TDEE bandwagon
Mine is 1530-1980 to maintain and 1240-1580 to lose. I do vinyasa and hatha yoga in a hot room daily and frequently hike, ski, or snow shoe on the weekends.

5'3" and my MFP is set to 1250, but I have trouble eating that much most days.
Also, no one is discussing age which is a factor.

You are so right except 4 one small word exchange , age isn't a factor, age is a HUGE factor!
Once people reach a certain age, true vigilence is required to lose and to maintain, the dropping metabolism isn't a myth.
To answer the question, my calories are 1200 and I do best when not eating back exercise calories.0
