I work a few days a week to sit at my desk. Other than that I am quite energetic, always busy. Walking my dog, cycle a few times a week, running errands. At different websites I entered my activities and calculated around 1200 calories. Would that be enough, do I need less than that? How is yours and how active are you?

I think it's a misconception that you have to eat very little to lose weight, even if you are short. But I dont think that is true at all.
