Hi everyone! I'm new to this group, but not a new Jillian Groupie. I just finished 30DS last week, and this week I did No More Trouble Zones twice. I love that it's more strength training-focused! I am planning to alternate it with Banish Fat Boost Metabolism this coming week. Has anyone else done this? In the past, I had a hard time making it through both DVDs, but last night I got through all of NMTZ, so I'm hoping I've gotten fit enough through the Shred to get through BFBM.

    Hi there,
yes I have both of her dvd's ,banish fat boost metabolism and no more trouble zones,
I did them all last year, love it,but what I did was ,one day banish fat boost then the next day no more trouble zones.
they both work great together if you do it every other day.

Hey, maybe I should try that next! I have those dvds and am looking for something different to do after Christmas. Hadn't thought of alternating dvds! Thanks, ladies! :)

I have many of her videos including NMTZ and BFBM and alternate them currently. I do NMTZ 2 days then one BFBM and so forth with a rest day. I'm thinking of doing one day a week of her yoga as well. I think it works great so far. If I have trouble going through the whole video when I started, I would do the first set in a circut and skip the repeat. That way I can do the whole video and built up to it as well. Some is better than none. Good luck.
