Should I go to level 3?

Hey everyone!
I've been on level 2 and did it about 4 or 5 times. It's not that it isn't hard but I don't sweat as much as I probably should.
Do you think I should give Level 3 a try?

Jillian says that you should do the exercises for 5 or 6 days a week and rest at least one day. If you feel like you are ready to move on, I would think it is ok. I just started the Week 2 workout myself today. I also thought that I didn't sweat as much as I did last week. I thought it was just because I was new to the workout and was trying to figure things out more than getting a workout. At least it wasn't just me! Hopefully I will do a little better tomorrow. I was thinking about doing the Week 1 workout when I got home just to make sure I did enough for today. I'm also doing at least an hour of cardio as many days as I can, so maybe that will be too much...I don't know. I'll see how I feel after work :P. Have a great day and Happy Ripping!0
