LCHF recipes

I would like to have some ''LCHF cook book'' here so i will put some recipes that i make, like, that are simple and FAT. ofc i would like you to share your recipes too :)

Mayonnaise

2 egg yolk
2 tea spoon mustard
cold pressed sesame oil (2dcl~1cup)
salt
pepper(if you like)

Mix salt, egg yolks and mustard and then pour in oil slowly in it and mix all the way until it looks like mayo :).
Usually the recipe goes with olive oil..but i just don't like it :) but if you do- try it.

tip:
Mix egg white left from mayo, add some stevia for sweetens and make- meringues for desert :)

    Crust:
    2 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz Cream Cheese

Soften cream cheese, add parmesan cheese then the eggs,
Blend until well mixed and pour into a oiled [pyrex] pan (9 x 13 will give you a thin crust).
Spread batter evenly ( will firm up when baked)
Bake at 375 for 20 min and/or until golden brown.

Remove crust from oven and allow it to cool.

    Sauce:
    3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/4 c. water (estimate, just enough to make a thick sauce consistency, but thinner than the consistency of the paste)

The following spices to taste (all are optional):
Italian Herb blend (oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme)
Garlic (Fresh or powdered [not the salt])
Onion (diced fresh or powdered [not the salt])
    Fresh ground pepper
    Salt
    ...be creative ...

Mix well, you will not have a lot of sauce (typically about a half to 3/4 cup). Spread evenly over room temperature crust.

    Toppings:
    3/4 -1 c Mozzarella cheese

    Pick your favorite LCHF like:
    Pepperoni, Sausage, bacon, ham...
    Spinach, olives, etc.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until cheese is about to bubble.. Watch crust to ensure it won't burn.

    Cool and serve
