Going on a cruise - does this sound like a good plan?

Hi everyone, here's a brief overview of me on the EM2LW path:

Ate 1200 cals for a year, lots of cardio - got no where fast!! Found EM2LW 5 weeks ago.

BMR is 1450 - TDEE is around 2250 on moderate activity (confirmed with Fitbit) / 1984 on light activity. 5 weeks ago I increased my calories instantly to 1600 a day. Started doing heavy lifting 3x a week and walking more. Have maintained my weight and lost 1.5 inches off my waist. Still feel quite bloated and clothes are NOT any looser.

I'm going on a cruise vacation (10 days away) this Thursday. I won't be online or counting anything (may take the Fitbit). Won't be going crazy on food, and will definitely be hitting the gym (more than usual as that's what I like to do on vacation). So I'll probably be eating closer to TDEE during the vacation but won't know for sure.

My plan is to start eating at TDEE (2200) when I get back and do a re-set, then cut 20% from there (1760) after 4 weeks of being back from vacation. I'm also starting the New Rules for Lifting for Women this week...

Any thoughts on this plan??

I think eating at TDEE for vacation is great. So you won't be feeling deprived.
If you hit the gym, things should be good.
If you can, why not stick out the reset a bit longer.
And I would not cut 20%. Go somewhere around 10 to max 15%. Also don't forget to take diet breaks along the way:)

Thanks. I think I will stick it out for a while, then do the cut. I'm looking forward to going on the cruise and eating more. ;-)
