November is few days away and holidays are also fast approaching. In this month of November, you are going to be your own competition. This challenge runs from November 1st to 30th. If you want to join, reply to this post with number of workouts planned for the month and your type of workouts. You can come back everyday and share about the workout you did. Or, you can give a consolidated report.of your workouts based on your convenience. This challenge gives an oppurtunity to evaluate how consistent we are with our workouts.

Ok so my # of workouts for November will be 22
Workouts will consist of cardio at the gym (elliptical and treadmill), strength training and hiking0 -
I'm in as well.
Number of workouts for November: 24
Workouts will consists of cardio (elliptical and walking/running trails) strength training to include 30-day shred.0 -
I'm in! so my number of workouts for the month of November will be 15 (45 min minimum for each workout) It will consist of Zumba, C5K, and Stair Running.
I've been lazy for the last few months and have got to get back to my workout regimen, I know that 15 workouts seem pretty low, but I have a tendency to overdo things then stop altogether.
