I didn't see an at home option for Wide grip lat pull down? Only the machine version. Anyone have an option for bar or hand weights doing this at home?

I lay on my floor with my barbell straight up, arms straight up, and then move the barbell towards the floor above my head, then back.0

As other poster said the home version is the barbell pullover, I think its mentioned on the next page in the book.0

I just thought of something. Can you hang upside-down and do, like, reverse shoulder press? I would try that right now but I don't have anything to hang from lol
