    Great breakfast. 3.5 ounces of strip steak pan seared with 1 cup mushrooms. Add a dash of rice vinegar to sear and steam the mushrooms. Hot tea with Truvia and an apple with a dash of cinnamon and a pack of Truvia cooked for 1 min in the microwave. All this for 212 calories. YuMMy

    I know this may sound totally gross but for lunch today I had Broiled Chicken Breast (Mrs. dash seasoning) 1/2 cup of pinto beans mixed with fat free sour cream! it was actually pretty darn good.
