Upset stomach, can someone help me with my food diary?

I think I'm getting too much fat and not enough protein. I didn't log well yesterday but usually do. Can I get some opinions? I am having an upset stomach and I have that sour feeling and intestinal distress (I'm not sick.)

I will mention that I am on my last day of the Whole 30. I intend to stick with it, but let my diet lean more towards Primal. Very limited amounts of dairy (if I can tolerate it)0

First off, are you sure that discomfort isn't hunger pain? Cuz it really doesn't look like you eat all that much. Also, I'd lay off the Larabars and look for more whole foods to eat. When you do a Whole 30, you should be not very concerned about hitting a set of macros, but just eating good quality whole foods in whatever quantity you need to feel satisfied. The fats you have been consuming are good, but yeah, maybe eat some more protein and vegetables. Ignore your macros for a week and I bet you'll feel better ( and still be on target to reach your goals).0

I'd ditch the nuts if I were you, especially if you have any autoimmune problems as these can be a source of digestive distress for some.0

Thank you, I thought that about the Larabars and nuts. It is mostly convenience (both of them) when I am working and can't really stop, or have very limited time.
I'm going to stop the nuts today to see what happens. It is not hunger. I really am full and feel like I am eating a lot.0 -
I agree more protein and green veggies.0

Thank you Yesterday I felt icky so I ate horribly, no protein except a few eggs at lunch. I will eat more veggies and increase the protein. I had no nuts yesterday and I think I feel better today, time will tell. I have a bunch of veggies in my fridge but honestly, I have been lazy to make my awesome veggie dishes. I think I'll spend the day cooking.

ive been making "eat before bad" dishes...
ill throw a roast in the crockpot with literally EVERY veggie in my fridge... (usually ill do pork or a whole chicken), then ill just pull the meat and separate the fat, and maybe make some bone broth for the gut healing properties (especially during the winter season) and pop servings in the freezer for later. it literally takes me less than 1 hour of cook time over 2 days assuming i make the broth after, tastes awesome, and prevents my food from getting wasted0 -
I love that idea! I am making some cauliflower fried rice tonight with dried fruit and some other veggies that I have around. I think I might buy a roast for the weekend and get rid of all of the things in my crisper (within reason0
