First day Dukan, what can I eat exactly?

I am reading you can have fat free fruit flavoured yogurt. Is it ok to have this yogurt? Can someone let me know what other than lean meats, fish and eggs is okay to have?
Celery, carrots is ok? Just want to start right, and since I dont have the book, I am reading on the Internet but its better to hear from one of you of course!
