Cardio/Abs

OMG!!! So no one warned about the Cardio! I attempted to do the 30 minute segmant and could only complete 15 minutes of it before wanting to barf out of sheer exhaustion! Needless to say I think this is something i definately need to work into my routines! I was skipping the cardio because I filled in with my own cardio dance classes on my off lifting days but I think this will definately give me the edge i need! Hopefully I build up more endurance and make it through the whole CD! hahahah

    I am confused though. I was looking at the calendar that I follow and I don't see when to use some of the workouts anywhere in it.

    My question is, when do you guys do the following workouts?

    1) Get Lean Intervals
    2) I've Got Abs
    3) Fat Burn Challenge
    4) Ab Extreme

    I think I saw them suggest it during the lean for life phase calendar to mix up the cardio, it was a side note on the calendar. This is the mix phase after Lean phase. You could sub it during any cardio routine though.
    However I didn't get the deluxe set so I don't have these.
