Something Happened!

After not losing weight for awhile, something finally happened!
I was eating around 1200 calories (for about a year), and burning off around 800-900 calories a day through exercise alone. I was so hungry and weak, I just didn't realize it! I went to see a RD and she told me to start eating more (among other things). I found this group and got some great advice.
I slowly started upping my calories. I'm at 1400 a day now, and hope to get to 1500-1600.
So the exciting things?! After putting on 2-3 pounds, the scale has started moving again, and I'm back to the lowest I reached during this journey, 120 pounds. My waist is down to 24"! Also, I'm so much stronger! I get through my workouts easier, I'm not hungry all day long and I don't feel like I'm just going to collapse at any moment anymore! I moved up from 10 pound dumb bells during my cardio/weight intervals, to 15s. I only had to use 12s for a week or so before I was ready to move up.
All this happened in about 3-4 weeks.
I am so much stronger, I look better, I feel better. YAY for eating more!!

That's my total. I'm still low on net, but it's a process. For my mental well-being, I just can't net that high yet. But I'm trying to get there! My eventual goal is to net around 1300 a day.
I'm 5'3. My goal is 115, that's where I was before I got sick and put on all this weight. Of course I have more muscle now, so I may not get that low. But I do want to lose a few from where I am now.0
