So I workout about 6 days of the week (pop Pilates everyday for an hour and I do hiit/cardio 3 times a week. I recently upped my calorie intake from 1200 to 1600 after reading about bmr and TDEE. I eat back most of my exercise calories
I was just wondering...if I should start weight lifting at the gym... I don't want bulky muscles, I just want to look lean, and is what I'm doing enough?

Yes, lift weights. You won't get bulky unless you take steroids/testosterone supplements - it is very hard for women to build muscle, even when lifting very heavy and eating right. Your current workout regime will burn calories and increase fitness but it wont make you "lean", you need to strength train to get lean.

As well as the aesthetic benefits from lifting weights there are also numerous health benefits - it increases muscle mass which in turn raises your BMR, it can increase bone density which is very important to women as they age to decrease the risk of osteoporosis, and it decreases body fat %, which includes the invisible BF which surrounds our vital organs and can lead to increased health risk.

So go lift heavy. Your body will thank you :)
