November 140 Reps Quick Choice Challenge

We tried this in May with limited success! So this month we'll try again but after feedback I've reduced the number of reps per exercise to 140 per week (was 200 last time!).

We have a 140 Reps per Week Challenge with a choice of exercises. However, only one of us can be doing any one exercise at a time. So, as soon as you post on here your choice of exercise no-one else can take it until the following week. If you finish your 140 reps early then you can come back here and reserve your next exercise.

The exercises are (in order of difficulty in my opinion)

Sit Ups

I hope that's clear (take a look at the May challenge for a better idea) and you can now post to choose your first exercise. Get in quick, you probably don't want to be left with Burpees!

    I'm continuing with last months challenge. I'll do the Sit ups

    Looks like every exercise has been taken so I'll open up a 2nd set of exercises for anyone else who wants to join. So anyone new can now choose from the original list.

    Sorry I made a mistake, Squats weren't taken so I will do them. Any late comers get a free choice as we open up a second set. Our first week runs to Wednesday 7th and we will start our 2nd week (with a different exercise) on Thursday 8th

    That's 140 squats done. I'll be kind and do the burpees next week.

    It's time for everyone to finish this weeks exercise and pick one for next week
