I NEED TO MEASURE STILL BUT I WILL POST THEM LATER TODAY. FEEL FREE TO POST YOURS AS WELL IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP KEEP TRACK SO WE CAN SEE HOW WELL WE HAVE DONE AT THE END OF THE MONTH.

I'll also include inches lost doing 30DS for later comparisons.
Arm: 13" (down by 1/2 inch with 30DS)
Waist above belly button: 36" (down by 3.5"!)
Waist at narrowest point: 32.6" (down by 1.2")
thigh: 25.2" (down by 2.5"!)
I've also lost 9 lb with the 30DS! I'm just hoping for similar or better results with RI30. Wish I'd taken some pics to go along with the results though.
For all you ladies who want to know what is considered healthy in waist measurement here is a criteria for waist circumference in women. It helps in assessing cardiovascular disease risk
Low: 27.5-35.0 inch
(70-89 cm)
High: 35.5-43.0 inch
90-109 cm
Very high: 43.5 inch + (110 cm +)

I don't have an end goal for ripped, my goal is to do ripped six days a week till I have completed the workout I am starting today Nov 50 -

Did my first day of Ripped this morning so I thought I might as well join in here
Start: 161lbs

Thighs: 24.5 in
I did 30 day shred back in July/ August then I've been on holiday and away with work and let everything slip. So my plan with this one is to get back to what I was at the end of 30DS.
Goal Weight: 154lbs
Waist: 31in
Hips: 37 in
Thighs: 24 in
It's so easy to fall back off the waggon! I'm not going to do it this time though - no excuses!!
