Hey ladies don't know if I will be able to stick to our schedule been having some issues with my feet:sad:
If anyone knows how to get rid of a planters wart that's my issue! I haven't been able to exercise on it a whole lot feels like something is stabbing thru my foot. It right on the bony part of pad of foot:frown: I am going to try every other day until I can get to the dr. But I will post when I can do it and follow and support you guys:)
