November?

Hey guys, so I know some of us are redoing the shred, some are doing ripped, some are doing 6w6p etc.. Have you joined new groups for those challenges or should we keep writing in this group? I want to keep this community !! but then I realise if we're doing different things it might not work as well..

    I have few more days left of shred because of rest days. I plan on doing TurboFire and continuing with my C25K. I may do another Jillian DVD in a month or so.

    I am going to do 30 DS again and add Turbo Jam for more cardio. Maybe in Dec or Jan I'll give Ripped a try.

    I meet some very nice fitness pal in this group and I will miss them all and wish everyone much success in their health and fitness. I suggest you add friend to your list or what every it is, if you don't want to lose touch with them. I friend-ed some of them so I will continue to follow their progress.
