Sorry ladies... I have not been able to do the squats. My knee is still bothering me from jump ropes. However, I have been kicking butt with my exercise and eating. I feel like I am finally breaking through this plateau. :happy:0

11/7 - No squats for me today. Been chaotic today which included my child breaking his foot and lots of time spent in the ER ! Hopefully next week will be a better week for me.0

11/5 and 11/6 got my squat on with 100 squats each day, but I only got in 50 today (11/7)0
