REALLY TIRED!

Is it just me or does 30DS make you so tired you cant do anything else later except lay on the couch..

I started off doing Level 1 for 4 days ( I felt like it wasnt challenging) I have been doing Level 2 and my heart is pumping like no other when its over ( which I like! :0) ) but I am exhausted later on.. I exercise at the end of the day but is this normal? Is anyone else experiencing fatigue? I exercise 5 days a week so Im not wearing myself out, but its still unusual for me to be so tired because I am used to exercising for an hour long and having tremendous amounts of energy right after.

Any advice/help is appreciated!

    I haven't experienced that. Are you eating anything pre- and post-workout? If you're not, this might be one of the reasons why. Eating something at least 2 hours before you work out makes sure you have the energy to get through it. Eating something within an hour of working out helps replenish your energy and your muscles recover.

    This may not be the ultimate reason why, but it's all I can really think of. You really shouldn't feel so wiped out if you're taking rest days.

    I eat like all the time lol.. I am ALWAYS munching so that cant be it. I have no idea whats going on.
