October Week 4 and Monthly Winners

Hello All,
I apologize for the delay in this post. I am in the middle of year-end at work and it is a little crazy. I hope next month will be a little slower. October was a very good month for most. There was 150 participants on the spread sheet and of those there were 53 people that lost (total of 101lbs), 14 people stayed the same, 53 people did not record, and 50 people gaine (total of 57.4lbs)

For the full month of October there were 150 participants on the spreadsheet. Of those there were 94 people that lost (total of 383.68lbs), 26 people stayed the same, and 31 people gained (total of 70.4lbs) Those are absolutely INCREDIBLE numbers. You should all give yourself a great big pat on the back.

Congratulations to everyone. There are some big numbers accomplished. If you would like to share what you have been doing this month to achieve great numbers, I would love to hear.

Note: There are little blue faces beside people on the list that have shown a top 20 loss "but" did not report the last month so I am not sure if it is a true loss. I have added 4 extra people to the list.

    Hi Donna,

    Thanks so much for doing this. I made the Oct list! YAY! I found it very helpful to post everyday on the weekly thread to make sure I am accountable for the mini challenges (which really help keep me motivated) Though I may be the only one who writes it everyday lately I find it helps me. I also walked and became aware of the dreaded sodium (wowzers! I was consuming a lot of that.)

    Great Job EVERYONE! Keep up the hard work.

    Thank you for doing this Monthly Challenge, it kept me honest and on track!!
    I FINALLY made the list and was SO proud of myself and everyone else that lost!

  • Yay, I finally made the list. Congratulations to everyone!

    I wish I knew what I did right this time. First week, I lost nothing. Second week, I gained half a lb. Third week, I lost that half lb. And then boom, I lose 5 lbs last week. The only thing I see I did was lower my calories by about 200 calories a day. Not enough to warrant a 5 lb loss, though. Either my body likes to lose in spurts or lowering calories a little was just the boost my body needed to drop the weight.
