It's a new month! What is your goal this month

I need to break down my goals to smaller, easier to manage goals or I get a little discouraged.

So this month, I want to make sure I TRACK everything, every day!
I want to lose 1.5 pounds a week.
I want to get on my darn Wii Fit board (I am 3 pounds over limit right now)
I will exercise at LEAST 5 days a week (currently trying to do the 30 day shred, but I hate it!)


From a personal aspect, I want to prepare a nice, healthy Thanksgiving for my daughters and new mom and sister-in-laws.

I want to look into taking some online classes.

    Actually sticking to 30 Day Shred. I keep starting it, doing really well, and stopping for 3-5 days.
    Losing 5-8 pounds this month
    Walk 60-100 miles this month ( I usually walk more than this, but with colder, rainier, snowier weather coming, I don't trust my motivation)
    Jog at least 4 minutes once a week
    Not to go over my calories more than once

    mne is to lose 10 more pounds.......weve already had our thanksgivin g here ....getting ready for christmas now.
