done 40 minutes on treadmill, 30 minutes on crosstrainer and 90 minute walk with the dog, might be hard to do over weekend though. Have a good day everyone0

You are killing this TSP. I hear you Ana. It's hard to exercise everyday! Especially with 12 hours shifts looming. I'm struggling though with my fitness regimen and it's probably the most important part of this lifestyle change. I'm really glad you suggested this. So get to it! :-).0

Had a short walk at lunch (30 mins) did the stairs in the hospital twice, and shovelled the snow when I got home.
