Hi, just purchased Whole 30 book. Glad to see there is a group here. I was wondering what everyone sets their percentages on for fat, carb, protein and sugar for the Paleo lifestyle. Thanks.

I did my first Whole30 in 2010. I am on day 8 of a different Whole 30 right now. After a couple years of tinkering for myself, I feel best on higher fat and lower carbs (I don't handle starchy vegetables or fruit very well at all).
So for me, my ratios are set at :15%Carb, 60%Fat, and 25% protein.
If this is your fist Whole 30 I would recommend adjusting the carbohydrate ratio to be higher. Good luck!0 -
I seem to be averaging about 50% fat, 25% protein, 25% carb....I don't recall seeing sugar separated out because I know there is some in the fruit I eat.0
