Well, sometimes i just surprise myself. I actually ran 20 minutes straight. wasn't fast at it by any means but I did it. Looking at my runmeter app, looks like I was hovering around the 10:00 minute mile mark. It said my fastest pace was 8:54 which sounds good on paper. :drinker:
Never been happier when the little voice from the C25K app said "one minute remaining". I think my breath goes before my legs do so I definitely need to work on the breathing.
Not sure if this link will work but mile 2 is pretty much the pace for me. I walked further than the cool down since I passed my wife and mother in law while they were doing there walk so I jogged back to them and walked another 10 minutes or so.
