I can't believe I have to admit this, but I'm so sore after my first day of RI30 yesterday that I can't even face a pushup today. :sad:
BUT, I want to at least do SOMEthing to burn some calories today, so I went out at lunch and bought a little stepper machine with arm bands on it and will do some steppin' while I'm watching TV later tonight. I've never used one of these so I hope it works well. But hey, anything is better than nothing, right?

Glad you were able to find something else to do while you recover thats great!! :drinker:
When I started the shred ... I Couldn't do the push ups even in the girl position, couldn't do the side planks or a lot of the other moves. Just take it slow at first and you will get there. I can now do most the advanced moves which is like a miracle lol besides the push ups I still do the girl ones but I am able to do them all the way threw and have improved a lot. So you will be there soon just still with it0
