Total Weight Moved (daily?)

Hi,
One of the ladies in the FB group for NROLFW gave me this idea, and I wonder if anyone else here does it? What you do is for every workout, multiply (sets) x (reps) x (weight used) to come up with the total amount of weight you moved/lifted in that workout. I love it, and thought it would be fun to use here. If the weight is 2 dumbbells (one in each hand) count the total weight. And if you repeat the lift on both legs, count ALL the reps (ex: my lunges today were 4 sets of 15 on each leg, so I'm counting 4 sets of 30 reps).
Here's my example from today (stage 7.1):
squats 2x8x75 = 1,200 lb.
rear-foot-elevated static lunge = 4x30x30 = 3,600 lb.
pushups = 4x15x0 (body-weight only) = 0
romanian DL = 4x15x65 = 3,900 lb.
bent-over row = 4x15x50 = 3,000 lb.
1200 + 3600 + 0 + 3900 + 3000 = 11,700 lb. moved today.
I think it would be cool to keep a thread running where we can share these. I'd love to see everone else's. I bet collectively, we literally move a huge load of weight! :happy:

Deadlifts 10 sets, 10 reps, 135 lbs- 13,500 lbs. That was easy math!0 -

Barbell incline Bench press 2x8x66 = 1,058 lb
Seated Row 2x8x71 = 1,136 lb
Dumbbell Squat heels raised on plates 4x15x53 = 3,180 lbs (26lbs dumbbells each hand)
Dumbbell Shoulder press 2x15x35 + 2x15x26 = 1,830 lbs
Step up 4x15x26 = 1,560 lbs
Underhand grip lat pulldown 2x15x55 + 2x15x60 = 3,450 lbs
1,058 + 1,136 + 3,180 + 1,830 + 1,560 + 3,450 = 12,214 lbs moved
Stage 7 Workout 3 - Saturday November 10th
deadlift 2x8x77 = 1,232 lb.
rear-foot-elevated static lunge = 4x30x53 = 6,360 lb.

Step up 4x15x53 = 3,180 lbs

1,456 + 3,180 + 1,560 + 3,180 + 4,200 = 13,576 lbs moved

Squats: 1x8x75 lb., 1x8x85 lb.
heel-plate squats: 4x20x45 lb.
shoulder press: 4x20x30 lb. (15 lb./hand)
step-up: 4x40x40 lb. (20 lb./hand, 20 reps/leg)
UH lat pulldown: 4x20x75 lb.
*so* close to 10 tons moved today.
Squat (1280) + plate squat (3600) + SP (2400) + SU (6400) + UH lat pulls (6000) = 19,680 lb. moved0
