Training log question re: numbered workouts

Hi all,
Am new to the group and to NROLFW. I started Stage 1 last week (prone jackknives HURT!!!) and only fit in 2 workouts last week (1A Monday, 1B Friday).
I'm keeping the training logs but in filling out the next one something has got me stumped.
Each exercise has numbers of workouts listed. For example, in Stage 1A exercise Squats has:
"Workouts 1, 2
Workouts 3, 4
Workouts 5, 6" etc.
My question is - are we supposed to count *each* workout (A or sequentially or are we supposed to count each specific workout ie. 1A - workout 1, 1B - workout 1, 1A - workout 2, 1B - workout 2 etc.
I realise this is a very complicated question but like I said, I'm very confused by this and not sure if I'm sort of doubling up on each workout!
Thanks in advance

You alternate between workout A & B
So you do
Workout A1
Workout B1
Workout A2
Workout B2
and so on
so where it says Workouts 1, 2 for squats
its workouts A1 & A20 -
Hi and welcome tot he group!
Let's say you work out on Mo, Wed, Fri. You will do first week A1, B1, A2. Second week you will do B2,A3,B3 and so on. In the book it says Workout 1,2 to indicate that for A1,A2, B1,B2 you do 15 reps. Workout 3,4, you do A3,A4,B3,B4 with 12 reps and so on. I hope this helps.0
