Where to go from here?

I have a history with anorexia and purging type anorexia, I am in recovery for it. In the last month-two months, I have started binging. I binge on anything I can get my hands on, chocolate, crisps, biscuits, strawberries, bananas, pears, veg, bread, cereal. It's not about weight loss because even though I am binging I am still losing weight(I have lost 6.6lbs in two months), it's about my mental health, I'm feeling alot more depressed. My dietician is saying it will stop, it's just my bodies reaction to being allowed food everyday, but I need it to stop now. I'm at breaking point and I need a way up from here:( How do I eat in moderation? I already drink 500mls of water with every meal, I still end up craving more food. I need help, I'm desparate:(

It's your body wanting food. Do not restrict at all, it will set you up for another one.
Maybe try to eat a lot of whole foods... include a lot of fiber, to keep you full. Drink more than one cup after every meal.... and most importantly ; Don't keep food on your mind 24/7. Make it a goal to find other activities to do, puzzles, reading, music, ... hobbies. Distraction is the key.
If any of this is emotional binges, solve the underlying issues..
I used to be a lot lower weight, and I went through binging... gained. I hated it, but sometimes restricting too much does that.
If you're still losing weight, this probably isn't binges... UNLESS you're purging in some form or way. I think you're just overeating. Which, in your case... isn't the worst thing possible. (because you're not gaining from it, so you're not even eating enough yet.)0 -

"just don't get alone or bored".
It's impossible to accomplish that and never fall...0
