Workouts/nutrition plan

Hey everyone..I 'm currently on week 3 of insanity and loving it! Such a great workout and feels awesome as i complete each day. I can't make it through ski abs/in and outs on plyometric cardio circuit without a break or two ...crazy hard. Am i the only one not doing the nutrition plan? I stick to a nutrition plan I found on www.oneresult.com when i was doing my lacrosse workouts for college. It's a great resource if anyones interested!
