Wow, that was hard but I LIKE it! These are all combo moves so you're doing something upper body with weights while you're also doing a lower body move.
Excited gor my next weight circuit on Monday. Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day but we'll probably still walk. It's our time together without distractions from dogs, TV, phone, etc.
