Week Day 3!

Had a very busy day so I wasnt able to do my Ripped till 5 pm but I did it and I so excited we are half way through the first week!! Whoohoo we are doing great ladies :drinker:

    I did mine around 6 pm and was happy that I did it too...it's starting to really feel better now.

    I took a rest day on Sunday so today is my 3rd day! DO any of you ladies like RI30 better than 30DS? I like this one better even though it is a little longer than 30DS.

    Just finished Day 3, find that its still intense, but I love the burn :)

    I just finished my Day 3 of RI30. I DO like it better than 30DS but it may just be that I am stronger now after completing 30DS. I am going at a slower pace with more rest days adding cardio and walking on the off days. I want to make regular exercise my new lifestyle that I can "stick to" and feel good about. I am not focusing on results so much as feeling a sense of accomplishment of completing each workout and "coming back to the routine" after a rest day. Thanks for the encouragement of this group.:smile:
  • Day 3 done. Finding it a fab workout but REALLY cannot do the ab work on my back with legs raised and palms facing up. REALLY hurts my back and not in a good way :( managing everything else pretty well and feeling he burn big time on my legs and bum :)
